浩瀚色譜采用"吸附管采樣—熱脫附—?dú)庀嗌V-質(zhì)譜法"同時(shí)測(cè)定環(huán)境空氣中甲硫醇、乙硫醇、甲硫醚、乙硫醚和二甲基二硫醚5種有機(jī)硫化物,以樣品冷藏保存的條件下,5種有機(jī)硫化物的質(zhì)量濃度分別在5.35×10-3～8.56×10-2,6.93×10-3～1.11×10-1,6.93×10-3～1.11×10-1,1.01×10-2～1.61×10-1,1.01×10-2～1.68×10-1 mg/m3的范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系;當(dāng)采樣體積為10 L時(shí),方法檢出限為1.13×10-3～2.80×10-3 mg/m3,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為2.76％～7.73％,加標(biāo)回收率為78.5％～106.0％.對(duì)實(shí)際樣品的測(cè)定結(jié)果與GB/T 14678—1993方法無(wú)顯著性差異.

　　本方法適用于惡臭污染源排氣和環(huán)境空氣中硫化氫、甲硫醇、甲硫醚和二甲二硫的同時(shí)測(cè)定。氣相色譜儀的火焰光度檢測(cè)器（GC-FPD）對(duì)四種成分的檢出限為0.2╳10-3～1.0╳10-3g，當(dāng)氣體樣品中四種成分濃度高于1.0mg/m3時(shí)，可取1～2mL氣體樣品直接注入氣相色譜儀分析。對(duì)1L氣體樣品進(jìn)行濃縮，四種成分的方法檢出限分別為.2╳10-3～1.0╳10-3mg/m3。
